I’m an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) - certified personal trainer and registered nurse holding a BSN with focused study in cardiac rehabilitation, neurology, and post-surgical recovery. For more than ten years I’ve blended clinical insight with performance science, designing evidence-based programs that build strength, restore mobility, and safeguard heart health. Whether you’re an athlete chasing a new personal record or a patient regaining function after surgery, I deliver safer, smarter fitness that fits your everyday life, empowering lifelong wellness through science, compassion, and relentless support.
