FAQ

1. How do I get started?

Book a free 15-minute consult through the “Schedule Now” button. We’ll chat about your goals and pick the right package before scheduling your intake assessment.

2. What’s included in the intake session?

A 45-minute health history review, functional-movement screen, and baseline metrics (heart rate, mobility, strength). This data shapes your custom program.

3. What are my training options?

HouseCall Strength – in-home sessions (equipment provided)• Peak Rep Partner – coaching at your home, apartment, or commercial gym• Remote Rounds Fitness – live virtual coaching via Trainerize.

4. Do you offer nutrition coaching?

Yes. Add our Nutrition Upgrade to any package for macro targets, weekly food-log feedback, and grocery-list templates.

5. How often will my program change?

Workouts are updated every 6 weeks (or sooner if progress stalls) to prevent plateaus and keep you engaged.

6. What’s the cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule ≥48 hours ahead to avoid fees. Late cancellations incur a $25 charge; no-shows forfeit the full session.

7. What equipment do I need for virtual training? A smartphone or laptop, a stable internet connection, and basic gear like bands or dumbbells. A Bluetooth heart-rate strap or smartwatch is strongly recommended.

8. How do weekly check-ins work? You’ll have one 30-minute call each week to review workout logs, wearable data, and (if purchased) nutrition progress. We adjust goals and programming on the spot.

9. Do session packs expire? Yes. All 8-, 10-, and 12-session packs expire 6 months from purchase to encourage consistent training.

10. Are your services suitable after surgery or for medical conditions? Absolutely. As an RN with cardiac-, neuro-, and post-surgical expertise, I adapt programs to your physician’s guidelines and monitor safety throughout training.
