Service Description

RN-informed coaching straight to the gym you already use, turning every familiar machine and free weight into a custom, results-driven session. Workouts appear in our app with demo videos and heart-rate targets, while I’m on-site to perfect form, adjust loads, and respect any cardiac, post-surgical, or neurological needs. Weekly 30-minute check-ins dissect your training metrics and food journal so we can celebrate PRs, solve roadblocks, and keep progress climbing.


Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope One-on-one, 60-minute coaching delivered at the client’s home gym, apartment/residential facility, or commercial gym (with manager permission and required insurance documentation). 2. Pre-Program Assessment Before training begins, we schedule a 45-minute intake, functional-movement screen, and health assessment to set baselines and identify limitations. Program design and load selection are based on this assessment plus medical history. 3. Scheduling & Frequency Sessions are offered 1–2 times per week, depending on client goals and availability. Bookings must be made at least seven (7) days in advance to secure travel and facility access. Standing weekly slots are encouraged for consistency. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancel or reschedule ≥48 hours before the session start to avoid fees. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a $25 late-cancel fee; no-shows are charged the full session rate. Emergencies will be reviewed case-by-case. 5. Weekly Check-Ins Clients receive one 30-minute check-in each week (video, phone, or in-person) to review metrics, adjust programming, and discuss nutrition if a meal-coaching add-on was purchased. Check-ins are separate from workout hours and must occur during the same calendar week as scheduled sessions. 6. Client Responsibilities Provide safe, orderly access to the training space and ensure any facility guest rules are met. Log workout data in the Trainerize app (or agreed platform) within 24 hours of each session. Notify the trainer immediately of injuries, equipment issues, or health changes. 7. Health & Safety Clearance from a healthcare provider is recommended for any cardiac, neurological, or post-surgical conditions. The trainer reserves the right to modify or postpone exercises if safety concerns arise on-site. 8. Payments & Packages Session or package fees are due prior to the first scheduled workout. Packages expire six months after purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. Accepting or purchasing Peak Rep Partner sessions signifies your understanding and agreement to these terms, ensuring efficient scheduling, top-tier safety, and goal-oriented progress at your chosen gym.
